All of our lingerie products may be ordered using a secure payment process (view our secure payment guide for further details).

 

When placing an order, simply choose the item you would like and select all the options you are given for each product – size, colour and quantity.

 

When you are happy with your selection, click ‘Add to Basket’ and the product/s will be added to your shopping basket.

 

Any lingerie products in your basket can be edited or deleted before you check out, so don’t worry if you change your mind as you can amend your order later.

 

If you want to continue with our exciting shopping experience, then return to the page you would like to view and repeat the process.

 

You can view all of the products in your basket at any time. When you are ready to place your order, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.

 

Browser Security & Privacy


If you have problems ordering our fantastic products online, your privacy settings and browser security may be set to a high level, which can often prevent the use of our shopping basket.

 

You can reset security and privacy levels in your browser to a low setting whilst you place your order.

 

 

  

Free Delivery - UK Customers

 

At Pink Lily lingerie we offer next day delivery via DHL for £5.50, and free delivery for orders over £50.00

 

In order to receive your goods 'next day' you must place your order between the hours of midnight on Sundays and 3pm on Fridays.

 

*The offer of FREE delivery is for orders to be delivered within the UK and Northern Ireland, totalling over £50.00

All our orders are dispatched in our luxury packaging box.

 

All items are well protected.

 

Occasionally, items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. If we are out of stock on an item in your order, the rest of your order will be dispatched as normal and your missing item will be placed on back-order. You will be notified of this via the contact details you provide on your registration form. As soon as the item is back in stock it will be dispatched to you.

 

Please input the correct shipping address when you place your order. We won’t be responsible for mistakes caused by an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information,holidays, carrier complications or customs delay.

Missing Items


If you have received your order and an item is missing, please contact us on info@pinklilylingerie.co.uk with your order number and let us know which item is missing.

We will investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
